Pay What You Will

Persephone Theatre is proud to offer a range of ticket prices for our productions, making theatre affordable for everyone.

To make shows more accessible, Persephone Theatre will be hosting two Pay What You Will opportunities for The Mountaintop for the 2:00 p.m. matinee and 7:30 p.m. evening performance on February 23. Everyone is welcome to attend and pay whatever they will, with a suggested donation price of $10.

Tickets for these shows will be sold at the box office the day of performance at 1:00 p.m. for the matinee and 6:30 p.m. for the evening. Tickets cannot be purchased in advance. These will be subject to availability – it is a first-come, first-serve opportunity.

All COVID protocols will be followed for all Pay What You Will performances.


What are Pay What You Will Performances?

Pay What You Will gives everyone the opportunity to come to the theatre and enjoy a play, regardless of barriers they may face.

Is there a minimum amount you have to pay?

No there isn’t! Everyone is welcome to attend and pay whatever they will, with the suggested donation price is $10.

What are the dates of the Pay What You Will Performances?

November 6 at 2:00 p.m. and November 13 at 2:00 p.m.

Can I pre-buy tickets for this?

No, if you want to take advantage of Pay What You Will, you cannot pre-buy your tickets. They are all rush tickets, first-come, first-serve and subject to availability. Any tickets sold in advance will be charged the regular $25 matinee price.
