Persephone Theatre’s Accessibility Program invites patrons who may find public performances challenging to attend.
All patrons are welcome to attend our relaxed performances, which features a theatre environment that is friendly to audience noise and movement. Patrons are welcome to stand, move, speak, and enter or exit the auditorium as needed. Relaxed performances are a great option for anyone with small children, and for those who have felt unwelcome at the theatre due to impairments or disorders such as Tourette’s, Parkinson’s, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The following relaxed performances are offered this season:
The Code October 30 @ 1 PM
The Adventures of Mary Jane Mosquito November 15 @ 10 AM
An ASD friendly Visual Story will be available for each of these relaxed performances.
