th AnniversaryPersephone Theatre celebrated our golden anniversary – 50 years of captivating performances and artistic excellence on August 14! Persephone Theatre’s 50th Anniversary Red Rose Gala was a remarkable event, and we were honored so many were there to celebrate with us.
Those attending indulged in a delightful meal prepared by the chefs at The Glen at Crossmount, while they enjoyed the musical talents of local artists, and stories and special guests highlighting some of Persephone’s journey during the past five decades. The festive atmosphere included our silent auction, and an exciting prize from our Mystery Box! As a special treat, everyone was able to explore the picturesque grounds of Crossmount during our Garden Cocktail Hour from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., where they enjoyed lawn games and sipping on refreshing cocktails.
