2020/21 Annual General Meeting
The 2020-2021 Annual General Meeting will take place online on September 27, 2021 at 5:00pm and is open to members only.
WHAT IS A MEMBER?
- A person who has purchased a season subscription (or their subscription)
- A person who currently has a lifetime subscription
- A person or their designate who has donated a sum of money that meets or exceeds a minimum threshold of the lowest price of a season subscription
- The maximum number of memberships available to be designated for any one donor shall be two memberships.
- In addition to any of the criteria above, the person must have also indicated that they wanted to be a member when subscribing or donating.
Advanced registration is REQUIRED to attend the AGM, and late registrations will not be accepted.
