It is not a physical theatre building, but a virtual space on the internet to be accessed through your home computer, tablet, or smartphone. Join us online to watch performances, participate in talkbacks with our artists, and enjoy other exciting programming we’ll be unveiling throughout the 2021-2022 season.

Persephone Digital tickets are purchased through our Box Office, just like you would purchase tickets to Main Stage or BackStage Stage performances.

No ticket purchase necessary for Open Stage episodes. Links can be found in the show pages.

After an audience member purchases a ticket to Persephone Digital programming, a confirmation email will be sent that will include a link that will be needed to attend a performance.

Open Stage episodes are available for free without purchasing a ticket. Links to the livestream of Open Stage episodes are available in the Open Stage show pages.

Episodes will be available to watch for a period of time after the Livestream has ended.

Unfortunately, no. You will need a reliable internet connection to access Persephone Digital programming.

Persephone Digital is just like attending a live, in-person performance; the performance begins and is only available at the start time indicated in your confirmation.

If a Persephone Digital event is listed as On-Demand, then that digital programming will be available to watch online at your convenience. A confirmation email will be sent out after your ticket purchase indicating the period of time that show will be available to watch.

Digital audience members will not be able to go back and watch from the beginning of programming with a set start time. Often times, attending Persephone Digital performance is just like attending a live, in-person performance; the performance begins at the start time indicated in your confirmation.

Unfortunately, no. Persephone Digital audience members will only be sent a link to the date for which they have purchased a ticket.

If an audience member has purchased a ticket to a Persephone Digital performance date that they are unable to attend, they must contact the Persephone Box Office to arrange for another booking ahead of the performance date, and not after the performance date has taken place. Please keep in mind that there will be a limited number of tickets available for each performance date.

Unfortunately, no. If an audience member is not able to attend the Persephone Digital performance on their ticket confirmation they will not be issued a refund for the cost.

Please contact the Persephone Box Office ahead of the performance date on the ticket confirmation if you wish to arrange for another performance date. Please keep in mind that there will be a limited amount of tickets sold to each performance.

For the best viewing experience, we suggest ensuring you have a stable internet connection and recommend using a direct connection to your modem with an Ethernet cable if possible. Live Online events can be accessed through most major internet browsers, but please upgrade to the latest version for the best experience:

• Safari version 12.1 or higher (there is an audio bug in version 14, so if currently using this version, please upgrade to version 14.0.2)
• Edge version 42 or higher
• Apple iOS 14.3 or higher

It is also helpful to shut down any extra programs running on your device or streaming over the internet during the presentation.
